1. Polyethylene (PE)
Material characteristics: good chemical stability, corrosion resistance, impact resistance and insulation, non-toxic and odorless, low price.
Processing technology: Commonly used rotational molding process, polyethylene powder is placed in a rotating mold, heated in a heating furnace and evenly coated on the inner wall of the mold, and after cooling and solidification, a seamless one-piece molded box is formed, which is waterproof and dustproof and can be made into complex shapes.
2. Polypropylene (PP)
Material characteristics: low density, high strength, good rigidity, good heat resistance and chemical stability, and not easy to deform at high temperatures.
Processing technology: Injection molding technology is mostly used to inject molten polypropylene into the mold cavity, cool and solidify the mold, with high production efficiency, good dimensional accuracy and surface quality, suitable for large-scale production.
3. Engineering plastic alloy (such as PC-ABS alloy)
Material characteristics: It combines the high strength and high toughness of PC with the good processing performance and surface gloss of ABS, with excellent comprehensive performance, impact resistance, dimensional stability and beautiful appearance.
Processing technology: The injection molding process is used to inject the alloy's high-temperature fluidity into the mold cavity for molding. It is used in fields with high requirements for protection and appearance.
4. Metal materials (such as aluminum alloys)
Material characteristics: low density, high strength, corrosion resistance, good thermal conductivity, and solid protection.
Processing technology: The sheet is mainly processed into components by stamping, and then welded into a box to ensure sealing and overall strength. The surface can also be anodized to improve corrosion resistance and aesthetics.
