In a small town called Willow Creek there was a mystery known as Case 12u. The mystery was about a lovely lady named Sheila White getting lost. Sheila loved to garden and help others, and everyone in town loved her. Everyone was stunned when she went missing on a sunny afternoon.
Sheila White lived on the outskirts of town in a small house. We'd see her all the time, tending to her beautiful garden, with vibrant flowers and buzzing bees. Sheila was friendly and often baked cookies for her neighbors and volunteered at the local animal shelter.
One day, Sheila disappeared after she went to the grocery store. Her neighbors began to worry when she did not return for dinner. The local lawman, Sheriff Sam, immediately began searching for Sheila to learn more about her disappearance.
Discovering the necklace led to a multitude of questions. Why was it hidden? And who would want to make off with such a special necklace? “Where has Sheila gone?” the townsfolk whispered; they were trying to figure out the mystery of Sheila’s vanishing.

The more Sheriff Sam investigated, the more he learned something surprising. Sheila’s good friend Mrs. Hawthorne had a huge secret. Mrs. Hawthorne was jealous of Sheila’s kindness and popularity and had a hand in her disappearance.

Mrs. Hawthorne did glimmer wisdom in a rare moment of surprise, however, when she confessed her actions and clarified that she splintered Sheila to protect her. She admitted to the theft of the necklace out of jealousy and to attempting to frame Sheila for something that she did not do.

The town of Willow Creek was able to come together and support one another in healing after the events of Case 12u, and though Sheila White may have been taken too soon, those that knew and loved her have not and will carry her memory with them forever.
